Who this policy covers

This policy applies to personal information collected through this website by WEBSYD (“we”, “us”). We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

• Information you send us. When you submit the enquiry form we collect your name, email address, and anything else you choose to include — business name, phone number, service areas, current website and your message.
• Technical information. Our hosting provider records standard server information such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and reliability purposes.

We do not ask for, and you should not send us, sensitive information such as health information, government identifiers or financial account details through this website.

Why we collect it

To answer your enquiry, prepare a design concept and quote, and — if you become a client — to deliver and support the work. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use enquiry details for unrelated marketing.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies of its own. If analytics or a third-party form service is added later, this policy will be updated to say which service, what it collects and how to opt out.

Who else may handle your information

Our website hosting provider and, where used, the service that delivers form submissions to us. These providers may store data outside Australia. We choose providers that offer reasonable security protections.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept while they are commercially relevant and for as long as we are required to keep business records. You can ask us to delete an enquiry at any time.

The site is served over HTTPS and access to enquiry data is limited to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect information against loss, misuse and unauthorised access.
